This is my personal web site and, as such, has very little content at all. My blog is also quite sparce but it does have some entries and I hope to add more advice, particularly on perl and web development in general

Projects

My latest project is CPAN::Web, which is an attempt at a web based way of installing CPAN modules. It's functional, but it does rely on you having local::lib and CPANPLUS installed already. I'm thinking of using CPAN instead of CPANPLUS and bundling local::lib with it so that it will work for more people out of the box.

Page Layout

I have Jon Combe to thank for pointing out that people find it easier to read columns of up to around 10 words wide. Anything longer and we tend to lose our place on the page when scanning back to the next line. I therefore cribbed heavily from his CSS to achieve the effect of two columns.
